  1. Hi, We have a large model running which takes about 12 days. We are 4 days into two of the runs and my PC detached from the network where we have a network licence for ISIS. The run log says: "Seeking licence for ISIS-TUFLOW-PIPE link...Licence code 4 unobtainable. Dongle read error code 0 Please attach the dongle and hit return." I ensured I was reattached to the network but when I pressed return on one run and the model run just closed. The second is still paused awaiting my input, I'd rather not lose 4 days run time if possible. Is there a way to continue running the model having lost and regained network connection? Thanks, Lucy

I have installed MITools build 20150501 to try to use the Extract Cross-Sections from DAT to CSV files tool, however, when I load the menu there is the HEC-RAS Related Tools but not the ISIS Related Tools in the drop down menu. The .mbx for the tool is in the right location but does not appear on the installed tool. I have also tried installing the tool as a stand alone tool not within MITools but this doesn't seem to work either. A few colleagues have had the same problem.
  3. Hello I have an ISIS-TUFLOW model with ESTRY channels that link to TUFLOW (but not ISIS). When the model becomes unstable in the ESTRY component the ISIS run does seem to acknowledge that the TUFLOW component is no longer valid and it just sits while ISIS continues. CTRL+C will not terminate the TUFLOW component and formally closing from ISIS is not reliably an option. The general outcome being that final results files may not generated in the ESTRY TUFLOW component making trouble shooting more difficult. When running a batch this also means that the next run cannot start without manual intervention. Can this be addressed? Thanks, Ellie
  4. Hello Probably a fairly simple question but has been driving me round the bend. I am trying to convert a short 1D reach from ISIS to ESTRY and use the XS Database command to bring cross-section data in from the existing ISIS file. I have specified the ISIS.DAT file using the XS Database comment and produced a short 1D_NWK file (S Channel), the properties of which I would like to be taken from the specified ISIS .DAT file. What I am unclear on is how to specify the ISIS section to use at the upstream and downstream end of the network channel. Previously I have used the 1d_TAB file to point at ZX csv files. Any help gratefully received!
